An Update from the Quicksilver Team

Hi, friends.

First off, I hope you and your loved ones have been healthy and well during this crazy time. Over here, James and I have been settling into our new apartment since we MOVED TO MINNESOTA IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. Remind me never to do that again. 

It’s been a weird few months, and I miss seeing my friends, family, and coworkers. I also just really, really miss getting to meet you guys at craft markets. That’s a big part of our work here at Quicksilver and it’s been so strange not having busy market weekends lately. 

As you’d expect, all of our scheduled spring markets have been postponed or cancelled. I’m super grateful to all of our market coordinators for keeping safety as a top priority and for doing everything they can to find new dates for these markets. I wanted to provide you guys with a quick update on our schedule for the year: 

Vintage & Made Fair

Now going virtual June 12- June 15

Come see us online during this multi-day virtual shopping extravaganza! Each vendor will be available here from 9 a.m. Friday, June 12, to 5 p.m. Monday, June 15. We’ll be around to answer any questions you may have as you shop online and I’ve even got my usual table set up in the studio right now, so shoppers can browse our booth just like a normal market day! Also if you check out the virtual market, I may even be offering a little discount for Vintage and Made shoppers :)

I’m also really excited to announce that a portion of our rings, earrings, and necklaces are available as part of Minneapolis Craft Market’s new online marketplace! The team at MCM has done an amazing job of supporting local artists during this crazy time, and I’m pumped to be able to participate in this new online shopping platform. You can check us out here.

We hope we’ll be able to see you all soon at these rescheduled markets. I can’t wait to see everyone’s bright and shining faces! In the meantime, our online shop is always open, our Instagram @byquicksilverdesigns is always buzzing with behind the scenes/sneak peeks/the occasional flash sale, and we’re temporarily offering gift cards through this summer.
